West&John was founded in 2005 by Mike West and Andrew John.

Mike West, ACIPHE RP

Mike is Corgi registered,  a registered plumber and heating engineer, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing. Mike has 22 years experience in the plumbing and heating trade, he started his career as an apprentice moving up the ranks to become a company director in his own firm.

Mike left school with an ‘O’ Level in plumbing and went on to earn his apprenticeship with a local firm. He has worked for many of the leading plumbing and heating companies across the UK and also worked in Ireland, where he gained invaluable experience of developing technologies in heating innovation. Mike's ethos is "to offer realistic, competitive prices, whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction".

In his spare time Mike rides a Honda VTR and collects guitars.

Andrew John

Andrew is qualified in Business Management and has 15 years experience in the financial, retail and insurance sector. Andrew, an experienced project manager, understands the importance of reliable tradesmen and has developed his trade knowledge when expanding his portfolio of houses across the South Wales area.

Andrew is passionate about property development and believes in approaching every project with enthusiasm and efficiency. Andrew states that "the key to good business is building professional relationships with your peers and your customers", explaining that "it’s all about, being punctual, accessible to your customers , and having a positive approach to every job that you do". 

Andrew has twin boys and is a passionate Swansea City FC supporter.
